Last updated: July 20, 2026
In Pursuit Enterprises, Inc., doing business as In Pursuit Promotions ("In Pursuit," "we," "us"), operates goinpursuit.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, business or organization name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, artwork or logos you supply, and the details of your order or project inquiry.
Payment information: handled by our payment processors, not stored by us. See "Payments" below.
Information collected automatically: standard web server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare quotes, process and fulfill your orders, provide customer service, communicate with you about your order or account, keep our books and meet tax and accounting obligations, and improve our website and product selection.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Payments
Online payments are handled by third-party processors: Stripe, Square, and QuickBooks Payments. Card and bank account details are submitted directly to those processors and are not stored on our systems. Each processor handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Service providers we share information with
We share only what is necessary with the companies that help us operate:
- Payment processors (Stripe, Square, QuickBooks Payments)
- Our accounting system (QuickBooks Online, by Intuit)
- Our website and order platform (SAGE)
- Suppliers and decorators who produce your order, and shipping carriers
These providers may use your information only to perform their services for us.
Internal software
We use internal and custom-built software, including private applications that connect to our accounting system, to record supplier bills, code transactions, and maintain our financial records. These applications operate only on In Pursuit's own business records within In Pursuit's own accounts. They are not available to the public, and customer information is not disclosed outside In Pursuit through them.
How long we keep information
We retain order and financial records as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements, generally at least seven years for financial records.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site is intended for businesses, schools, camps, and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the address below. We will honor those requests except where we are required to retain records for tax or legal reasons.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change when we do.
