These terms apply to goinpursuit.com and to software made available by In Pursuit Enterprises, Inc. ("In Pursuit"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Using the site

You may browse the site, request quotes, and place orders for lawful business purposes. You may not copy, scrape, mine, archive, or harvest content or designs from the site except in the ordinary course of using it for its intended purpose.

Orders, quotes, and pricing

Prices shown are estimates and may change based on quantity, product availability, decoration method, and supplier pricing at the time of order. A quote becomes an order when confirmed by In Pursuit. Product colors shown on screen may differ from the actual goods.

Artwork and intellectual property

You represent that you have the right to use any logo or artwork you supply to us, and you authorize us to reproduce it on your order. Site content, product photography, and original artwork created by In Pursuit remain the property of their respective owners.

Internal and private applications

In Pursuit develops and operates private software applications for its own internal business use, including applications that connect to In Pursuit's accounting system to record bills, code transactions, and maintain financial records.

These applications:

  • are licensed solely to In Pursuit Enterprises, Inc. and its authorized personnel;
  • are not distributed, sold, sublicensed, or made available to the public or to any third party;
  • operate only on In Pursuit's own business data within In Pursuit's own accounts;
  • are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.

No third party is granted any license or right to use these applications. Authorized personnel may use them only for In Pursuit's internal business purposes, must keep access credentials secure, and may have access revoked at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, In Pursuit disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In Pursuit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change when we do.
